Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
Your main duties will include assessing training needs, designing curriculum, coordinating training logistics, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will also collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Prior experience in designing and delivering training sessions is preferred.
