The Training & Development Auditor aims to aid in the expansion of the company by assessing how well operations adhere to training initiatives that enhance workers’ skill sets and boost output and efficiency.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Conduct audit objectively as scheduled and discuss deviations to store leads confidently.
- Provide feedback to store leads in a professional manner.
- Impart recommendation and proper guidance for improvement.
- Render coaching and mentoring to improve knowledge and skills of employees.
- Closely monitor corrective and preventive action plans of store leads.
- Recommend and check issuance of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for repetitive deviations of certain personnel.
- Assist in the overall responsibilities of the Training & Development Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Food Science and Technology or BS Food Technology.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable on Store operations (FOH & BOH)
- Can evaluate the effectiveness of training and keen to details.
