Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Development Lead to join our Organization Transformation team at our PH Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to support the organization’s transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and project management. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
