Job Description
At least five years of experience in a contact center training or learning delivery environment, two of these years spent in a training leadership role. Experience in simultaneously leading in-center and virtual teams supporting multiple LOBs Experience in LMS platforms (Articulate360, Absorb, MyAcademyX, etc) a must.
