Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Identifying and assessing training needs within an organization
- Developing training plans
- Implementing various training methods to enhance employee skills and performance, design
- Implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Skills Required
- Training and Development managers need strong interpersonal skills for working with staff, trainees, subject matter experts, and organization leaders.
- They accomplish much of their work through teams.
- Communication skills
- Training and development managers must clearly convey information to diverse audiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree education preferred.
- Three to five years’ experience in leading delivery function in the retail or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Experience in leading multiple projects and directly supervising staff to implement projects in a timely manner is required
- Proficiency in communication, planning leadership, coordinating, and coaching is required
- Experience being directly involved in curriculum development projects.
- Understanding of the Instructional system design (ISD) process is required
- Experience in conflict resolution/Negotiation team and consensus building is required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Flow charting, and project management software is required
- The ability to look for and implement solutions that improve performance is required
