Job Description:
- Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training and coordinating external training as needed
- Developing and overseeing the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
- Identifying key learning priorities and capability gaps that will deliver positive business results and strategizing on meeting those learning needs
- Assessing training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work behavior
- Assisting the Training Manager and collaborating with different departments for schedules and smooth implementation
Job Specification:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/HRDM or any Business-related course
- With at least 3 years of working experience specializing in training or equivalent
- Possess analytical, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
