Job Description
iResource Consulting is seeking a qualified Training Officer to coordinate and monitor training programs that meet customer and organizational goals. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, along with work experience in the crewing industry. Experience as a Trainer or in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities include overseeing the review of training manuals, scheduling sessions, managing resources, and assessing training effectiveness through participant feedback. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining detailed records of training activities.
