Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, your main responsibility will be to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our employees.
You will work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop training materials that align with our company objectives. You will also facilitate training sessions, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Key qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
