Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Training Officer to join our team at P BAKESHOP CORP. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees.

Your main role will involve designing and implementing training modules, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with department managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
