Job Description
As a Training Officer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering effective training programs for our company. You will be responsible for designing training modules, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.
- Design and develop training modules, materials, and resources.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
