Job Description
RePhil Station Inc is looking for a committed Training Officer to oversee the learning and professional development of our Station’s Forecourt Staff. This role involves equipping employees with crucial knowledge and practical skills to improve their job performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying training needs, designing effective development programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure program quality, and successfully delivering training initiatives. Additionally, you will create onboarding plans for new hires and assess the effectiveness of existing training programs.
