Job Description
RePhil Station Inc is seeking a dedicated Training Officer responsible for managing the learning and professional development of our Forecourt Staff. You will identify training needs, design relevant development programs, and ensure effective onboarding for newly hired staff.
Your role will include collaborating with the Stations Operations Team, developing learning materials, and conducting performance evaluations. Keeping abreast of the latest training trends and suggesting new methodologies are also vital for this position.
