Responsibilities:
- Instruct and train employees.
- Assist in identifying and assessing training needs based on regulatory and client requirements.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and report on outcomes.
- Manage training schedules.
- Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
