Job Description
Insoft Philippines is seeking a talented and experienced Training Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing the training delivery process, managing manpower and financial forecasts, and hiring trainers and marketing personnel. You will also develop training courses, analyze market trends, and coordinate with managers to enhance our training offerings.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT or technology training operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and financial statement exposure.
This is a full-time remote position with a salary of Php75,00.00 – Php85,00.00 per month, with 8-hour fixed shifts, Monday to Friday.
