Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Training/Quality Coordinator – Content Mediation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all content that is being published on our platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for content moderators
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of content moderators
- Provide feedback and guidance to content moderators to improve their performance
- Review and assess content for compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement in content moderation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in content moderation or related field
- Strong knowledge of content guidelines and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
