Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Records Officer to join our team at Ateneo de Manila University. As a Training Records Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee training and development activities.
Your main duties will include:
- Tracking and updating employee training records in our internal database
- Coordinating with trainers and managers to ensure accurate documentation of completed training programs
- Creating reports and analyzing training data for management review
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Assisting in the coordination of training sessions and workshops
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must also be proficient in using database systems and have a solid understanding of training and development principles.
