Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Training Specialist to develop, implement, and assess learning programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and boosting organizational performance. Key responsibilities include facilitating dynamic training sessions (on-site, virtual, or hybrid), creating learner-centric materials, managing logistics, and promoting ongoing enhancements in training delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in training facilitation or instructional design.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for a diverse audience.
- Strong proficiency in developing training content and utilizing e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation strategies.
