Location: Temporary Work From Home Set-Up
Duties: Create and conduct training modules, evaluate training effectiveness, manage training records, and assist the Supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management, 1-2 years of training experience, and BPO experience is an advantage.
