Job Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various departments. Your role is crucial in ensuring that staff members are equipped with the necessary expertise to deliver exceptional service, maintain quality standards, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) are a plus.
• Proven experience in training and development roles within the food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners in diverse settings.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements applicable to the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia technologies for content development and delivery.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and measure the impact on business performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
