Job Description
Cogent Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist. The Product Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that all Operations employees possess the essential knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively.
This role requires performing training needs assessments, creating curriculum, and managing all phases of the training program. Qualifications include extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
