This role entails overseeing Flash training for employees, including the induction of new hires and supporting managers in essential training. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing training needs and developing programs.
- Conducting training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Managing organizational development and performance management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology or related field.
- 1 year experience in Training/Learning & Development.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint; Canva knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle workplace ambiguity.
