Job Description
Join our team at Julie’s Bakeshop as a Training Specialist! Your primary role will be to:
- Train and equip Franchisees and staff for profitable operations.
- Ensure alignment with our core principles, values, and standards.
- Orient new Franchisees on training support.
- Mentor and coach bakery staff for productivity.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training materials.
Location: Rosario, Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00/month
Benefits: Opportunities for promotion and 13th month salary.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
