Job Description
Kenneth and Mock Designs, Inc. was established in 1997 to transform window and portal construction. They are now an industry leader, focusing on innovation and premium concepts. As a Training Specialist, you will develop and execute training programs to improve employee performance. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating learning modules, conducting in-house training, and assessing effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of Training or HR experience, strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. This position is based in Libis, Quezon City.
