Job Description
Handle and execute the entire training process for PICKUP COFFEE: needs assessment, design, and development of training programs, including content; delivery and implementation of training programs, and evaluation of training effectiveness ensuring enhancement of employees’ competencies in meeting their current as well as future job requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food Industries; 1-2 years in a management capacity or supervisory position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Organizational/HR Development, or a related field; Learning/Organizational Development or similar degree.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation.
- Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids.
- Must display superior communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Location: First Lucky Place Chino Roces, Makati.
