Job Description
Powerminds of Asia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Training & Development, coaching, or related fields, with experience managing teams of frontliners. A keen interest in make-up, skincare, and haircare is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Candidates should possess basic Excel and data analysis skills and have a passion for empowering frontliners. The position requires willingness to work mobile and conduct on-site training, preferably in the North Luzon area.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month | 8-hour shift.
