Job Description
A Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure the continuous improvement of employees’ job-related skills and knowledge. They collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, design and deliver effective training sessions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
As a Training Specialist, you will create and update training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and instructional guides. You will conduct on-the-job training, workshops, and seminars to enhance employees’ performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback to make necessary adjustments.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication and presentation skills, strong knowledge of instructional design principles, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting, is highly valued.
