Job Description
- Develop learning curriculum for soft skills and technical training
- Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities for new hires and current employees of the company
- Execute onboarding and technical training across different mediums: in-classroom and eLearning
- Create and maintain work-flow process and standard that efficiently moves training assets through design and development
- Assess training needs and learning styles and customize training approach across all mediums
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that learning solutions are accessible and effective
- Handling end to end training and development
