Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct T3 Sessions with Supervisors for tailored coaching of struggling agents
- Address learner needs for clarification and feedback
- Evaluate learner performance and prepare reports
- Demonstrate patience with diverse learners
- Collaborate for positive outcomes with support groups
Qualifications:
- 6 months related experience
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in training and curriculum development
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google platforms
- Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
