Job Description
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures using the best methods for specific purposes.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and additional training needs.
- Inform employees about scheduled training, track their progress.
- Recommend training materials and methods, manage training budget, and maintain training facilities.
- Develop training schedules, track outcomes, and maintain training records.
- Identify training needs, build annual training programs, and create teaching plans.
- Direct learning experiences, monitor quality, and deliver training courses.
- Assess training effectiveness, evaluate programs, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Help improve existing skills, groom employees for promotions, and create problem-solving scenarios.
- Hold workshops, create multimedia presentations, and perform any related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple corporate training events.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, e-learning platforms, and MS Office proficiency.
