Job Summary:
The Training Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees within a BPO environment. Work closely with departments to ensure training meets company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and develop programs
- Lead, teach, and evaluate new trainers
- Build quarterly and annual training plans
- Communicate training programs effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience as Training Lead
- Knowledge in TNA, LMS, Action Plans, Gantt Charts
- Location: San Pedro Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
