Job Description

Location: Biñan City, Laguna
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Department Heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develops customized learning solutions and ensures effective delivery
- Evaluates training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Training, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles
- Ability to develop web-based training is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, Health insurance, On-site parking, and more
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Bonus pay, and more
Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Biñan City, Laguna
