Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in a training role (Preferably in the food industry)
- Knowledge of training methods and learning theories
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certifications in training management are a plus
- Assess training needs using Training Needs Analysis
- Create training budgets and design programs
- Develop training materials for effective learning
- Location: Ortigas Pasig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
