Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system and records.
- Handle TESDA-related procedures.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Assist with training including material preparations, attendance monitoring.
- Assist dormitory transfer, trainee-related rules-implementation monitoring.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has knowledge and skills with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Can multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,860.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
