Job Description
Sphere Rocket VA is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will review contracts and addendums, manage transaction platforms like Dotloop and Brivity, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Strong English communication skills and experience as a Transaction and Listing Coordinator are required. Familiarity with Dotloop, G Suite, and various MLS platforms is essential. Experience with Brivity CRM and KW Command is a significant advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift
