Position: Transaction Coordinator
Description: Transaction Coordination (TC) – Responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate transaction processes to ensure no steps or critical details are overlooked. Improve and maintain organizational systems to prevent any tasks or important information from being overlooked. Manage CRM database with FUB.
Experience and Proficiency: Previous experience in this role required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php37,00.00 – Php39,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience:
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
