Job Description
We are seeking a Transaction Tax Compliance Associate to support tax compliance for corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and asset transfers. Responsibilities include preparing transaction tax filings, conducting tax due diligence, evaluating tax implications, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax
- 1–3 years’ experience in corporate or transaction tax
- Familiarity with domestic and cross-border tax rules; advanced Excel and strong communication skills
