Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Transactions Support Associate. As a Transactions Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in various transactional duties to ensure the smooth operation of our company’s financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying financial transactions such as payments, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assisting with account reconciliation and data entry.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
