Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is searching for a committed Transformation Manager to support the development and implementation of intercompany processes, fostering effective collaboration across departments. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Intercompany Lead and key stakeholders to design future-state processes and establish performance metrics.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining comprehensive process documentation, contributing to SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation efforts, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will actively participate in global workshops, assess process performance, and provide expertise to improve process understanding throughout the organization.
