Job Description
Work Setup: WFH/Remote any location in PH
Shift: Night-Shift
Salary: Starts at 100k and above
Requirements:
- Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified
- Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have at least 2 years Six Sigma Experience/Practitioner
- Must have at least 2 years of overall work experience related to Business Excellence
- With leadership experience
Job Description:
- Lead impacting transformation projects including levers like Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.
- Process discovery, shape and orchestrate interventions that combine data, technology, people, and process transformation.
- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering successful business outcomes
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
