Job Description
Questronix Corporation seeks a Transition Manager to plan and execute timely, on-budget transitions from current operations and external vendors to internal teams. Responsibilities include developing end-to-end transition plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers; coordinating technical and business teams; serving as the primary contact for transition issues; managing executive, stakeholder, and vendor communications; ensuring contractual exit compliance; tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions; managing cutover and hypercare; and validating complete knowledge transfer.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field; project management and ITIL certifications preferred; minimum three years’ experience as a Transition Manager; must work full-time on-site in Cubao.
