Job Description
- Translator for Chinese tenants
– The Front Desk officer will be the one who talks to local individuals to clear the conversation.
- Coordinator between tenants and Departments
– When Tenant employee need assistance regarding the company’s services, Front desk officer will be the one to contact SPARC representatives.
- Collects penalty reports.
- Distributes penalty reports.
- Follows up penalty payment.
- Translate SPARC Memorandums from English to Chinese
- Assist Chinese Tenants when there are emergencies
– If ever there are emergencies like hospitalization, the Front desk officer will go with the Chinese tenant.
- Answer all tenant inquiries
- The Front Desk Officer must be reachable through phone 24/7 to make sure that he/she answers tenant concerns.
