Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accepting billing from truckers based on Billing cut-offs.
- Checking and evaluating trucking rates and truckers billing statements.
- Following up on outstanding billing with errors and promptly addressing to Truckers for resubmission.
- Monitors all PODs and billing and prepare monthly billing reports and PODs report.
- Assist the accounting department for issues and concern related to PODs and Truckers billing.
- Monitors and coordinates the submission of PODs for every trucker based on lead time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in billing and PODs.
- Exposure in the logistics transport industry or experience with volume tasks in a similar environment is a definite plus.
- Ability to thrive and deliver results efficiently under pressure.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, showcasing advanced skills in spreadsheet management.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
