Job Description
A Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction and most specially can handle POD (Proof of Delivery).
What you’ll do:
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of executed orders
- Coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Ensure that PODs and return transactions are complete, accurate, and processed on time
- Supervise daily POD transactions, including the reports
What we seek:
- A young and enthusiastic logistics professional with a background in dispatch
What you’ll need:
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Must know how to use Excel and GSheets
- Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
