Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transport Lead to oversee end-to-end truck operations, including route planning, scheduling, vehicle allocation, cost and productivity control, and SLA/lead-time performance to and from warehouses. The role includes weekly and monthly manpower reviews, monitoring and reporting transport KPIs, auditing SOP compliance, resolving escalations with short- and long-term solutions, and driving cost-efficient projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years supervisory or managerial operations experience
- Proven people-management and analytical skills with a strong productivity focus
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Ability to lead results-driven teams and work non-standard hours (shifts/nights)
- Reports to the Operations Manager
