Position: Travel Account Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries with priority.
- Ensure one call resolution and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate / College Graduate.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Php25,00.00 per month
