Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Travel Account Email/Chat Support Representative to join our team at IGT in Alabang. In this role, you will:
- Handle customer concerns related to flight packages on social media platforms.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and budget.
- Create customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements efficiently.
- Assist with travel documentation and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
Qualifications: At least a High School Graduate, good understanding of social media platforms, excellent English communication skills, and willingness to work on shifting schedules.
