Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve Travel Account-related issues using your 1-year BPO experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc.).
Needed Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of BPO experience.
- Educational attainment: Must have completed at least 1 year in college.
- Good communication skills.
