Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Travel Agents for the CSR Non-Voice Account. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel inquiries and bookings in a non-voice capacity.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations, providing travel advice, and ensuring excellent customer service through email and chat communications. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.
If you enjoy helping others plan their dream vacations and have a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of travel arrangements are a plus.
