Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years experience as a travel agent with strong customer service record.
- Excellent communication, sales, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
- Patience and perseverance in problem-solving.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer client inquiries, and offer travel recommendations.
- Build positive relationships with tourism partners and craft travel itineraries.
- Fluency in Tagalog, English, and Mandarin. Stay updated on tourism trends.
- Manage events and provide onsite assistance with general administrative support.
Job Type: Full-time
