We are seeking candidates for the position of Travel/Airline Customer Service for both Pure Voice and Non-Voice Call Center roles. No experience required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
